These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Expense Manager application (“the app”). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Expense Manager is a personal finance tool that lets you record expenses, income and loans, track balances, plan a budget and view reports. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial money management.
Your financial data is stored locally on your device. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you create in the app.
Some features may be offered as premium or subscription-based (for example, advanced data import). Such features may be marked as “coming soon” or “under development” until released. Pricing and availability of any paid features may change, and will be presented to you before purchase.
The app, its design, name, logo and content (excluding the data you enter) are owned by Expense Manager and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from the app without our permission.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations will be free from mistakes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expense Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or financial outcomes arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
